  • Dispatch Time: 3–4 business working days

Please note: After receiving your order, each Saree undergoes polishing, final finishing, and strict quality checks to ensure you receive a flawless product.

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 4–7 business days after dispatch (depending on location)

  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/Email/WhatsApp.

  • Delivery timelines may vary due to external factors beyond our control.

🔁 Exchange Policy

We offer exchange under the following conditions:

Eligible for Exchange

  • Product received is damaged or defective

  • Incorrect product delivered

Not Eligible for Exchange

  • Change of mind or personal preference

  • Minor color variations due to lighting or screen differences

  • Products that are worn, used, washed, or altered

🔄 Exchange Process

  • Request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery

  • An unboxing video is mandatory for verification

  • Share clear images/videos via WhatsApp or Email

  • After approval, return pickup will be arranged or instructions will be provided

  • Exchange will be processed after quality inspection

💰 Return & Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refunds

We offer refunds strictly under the following two conditions:

  1. Wrong Item Delivered: If the product received does not match the item you ordered.

  2. Defective or Damaged Item: If the product arrives with a genuine manufacturing defect or physical damage.

Important Conditions for Approval

To ensure a smooth resolution, please make sure your request meets these requirements:

  • Timeframe: Any issues must be reported to us within 24 hours of receiving the delivery.

  • Product Condition: The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the exact same condition that you received it, with all original tags and packaging intact.

  • Proof of Defect: To help us verify the issue, we kindly request an unboxing video or clear photographs showing the defect or the incorrect item received.

How to Initiate a Return - If your order qualifies for a refund, please reach out to us via whatsapp or email.
