Please note: After receiving your order, each Saree undergoes polishing, final finishing, and strict quality checks to ensure you receive a flawless product.

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/Email/WhatsApp.

🔁 Exchange Policy
We offer exchange under the following conditions:

Incorrect product delivered

Change of mind or personal preference
Minor color variations due to lighting or screen differences
Products that are worn, used, washed, or altered
🔄 Exchange Process
Request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
An unboxing video is mandatory for verification
Share clear images/videos via WhatsApp or Email
After approval, return pickup will be arranged or instructions will be provided
Exchange will be processed after quality inspection

Eligibility for Refunds
We offer refunds strictly under the following two conditions:
Wrong Item Delivered: If the product received does not match the item you ordered.
Defective or Damaged Item: If the product arrives with a genuine manufacturing defect or physical damage.
Important Conditions for Approval
To ensure a smooth resolution, please make sure your request meets these requirements:
Timeframe: Any issues must be reported to us within 24 hours of receiving the delivery.
Product Condition: The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the exact same condition that you received it, with all original tags and packaging intact.
Proof of Defect: To help us verify the issue, we kindly request an unboxing video or clear photographs showing the defect or the incorrect item received.
